Outsourced management of the PFI Managed Equipment Service (MES), introducing new governance and processes reducing the underspend investment in equipment. General advisor to Director of Estates to support PFI management, including supporting the Trust through a successful adjudication in relation to interpretation of the payment mechanism. On-going provision and support of the SimpliContract software solution to support PFI contract management.

South Bucks PFI - Providing commercial support to the Trust in dealing with issues arising from replacement by Project Co of the hard FM service provider.
Stoke Mandeville PFI - Advising the Trust in relation to unavailability deductions and latent defects.

Undertook and assurance audit regarding contract management activity of both internal resources and also activity of service providers and Project Co. Provided recommendations for improving processes and best practice.

Supporting the Trust in expiry negotiations with equity investors relating to a first generation PFI project. Defining objectives and implementing governance and process for engagement with Project Co. Adoption of IPA expiry protocol. Agreeing asset condition at expiry.
